# The Team

> Who's who at FAT Karting League — the people behind the programme.

## Overview

FAT Karting League operates across multiple hubs globally, with a central team overseeing the programme and hub-level teams running day-to-day operations at each location.

This page gives an overview of the key roles and contacts across the organisation. For a full breakdown of what each role is responsible for, see the [Roles & Responsibilities](/operations/roles/index) section.

* **Hub Management** — hub-level leadership responsible for operations at a specific location
* **Event Staff** — role-based staff deployed at events, including Charging Technicians, Customer Experience Leads, and contractors
